The University of Jena has been named a 2026 Excellence University by the German National Science Foundation! This is an incredible honor and recognition for all the hard work done by our excellence centers, including the Balance of the Microverse center that supports our research team’s work. Congratulations to everyone who helped make this possible – especially Andreas Marx (president of FSU Jena) and Kirsten Küsel (speaker for the Microverse)! What a richly deserved recognition!
