In September 2023, we launched the museum exhibit “Dairy Cultures: The Science of Mongolian Heritage” at the Natural History of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The purpose of the exhibit was to showcase the collaborative research of the Dairy Cultures Project team, whose research was supported by the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (DAIRYCULTURES: Grant No. 804884).
